Smart Steps by Baby Trend My First Activity Jumper with Stem Learning Toy

I purchased this product about 3 months ago and it seems to have some sort of factory defect… the straps are on wrong so I can’t adjust it for my daughter to grow into… she loved this jumper but looks like we are going to have to switch brands because it’s not possible to adjust it to her height now…

I bought this a couple months ago, my baby is within the weight limits and today one of the legs snapped causing her to almost fall on the ground. I do not recommend this product

I’ve had this for about 2 almost 3 months. It’s been great, my baby loves it. He’s only 18lbs, and 27in long, and one of the springs broke and it’s unusable now.

I bought this in December my grandson was jumping in it yesterday the strap popped and broke making half of it hit the floor with him in it.

Bought a few weeks ago! My son is 18lbs, and the spring snapped off the rope!!! My son doesn’t use as much as he should! But he loves it when he’s in it! Other than the snap he loves it

Such a great jumper for my baby! I like how you can adjust the height and that there are so many little cute activities for her to do. It’s definitely a great buy for the price. Would definitely recommend!

The seat is secure, and it is safe to use. The attached toys gives babies an opportunity to explore with their hands. The material cleans easy. The snack tray and cup holder is a simple plus to have bit would prefer more toys instead. The animal sounds are very strange and don't really sound like the animals they are. The adjusters are super nice as well for growing babies.

Even my toddler loves playing with it with her sister. It’s easy enough for her to turn herself around and play with all of the toys. The height adjustment is so easy to use and adjust. The music isn’t annoying or too loud, which I love. The toys are varied enough that my baby always has something “new” to play with.

This wasn't hard to assemble at all very straight forward with directions on clicking in peices etc. Love the safari theme as it's my son's nursery theme too . He loved it immediately drawn to the little animals and touching them . Second he realized he could jump that was it , all wanted to do was jump and touch everything.

My husband said it was a little hard putting it together but it was easy in general. The only thing I don't like is the space where the snacks go. I feel it's too small.
