The gummy’s tend to clump together, but with a vigorous shake they all spread apart. I did notice that my child had more frequent bowel movements with this product. There was no complaints from my child in regards to taste.

They feel like a natural fruit snack and taste good enough that they need no convincing to eat! My 8 year old enjoys them. I only wish they had a little more fiber per gummy.

I have two boys who tried these fiber and veggies gummies; one loved them and the other did not so we are 50/50 on taste. We do have Gruns in the house as well and the same child who doesn’t like Gruns also didn’t like these so he is especially picky. I love that the directions tell you to start with one gummy and work your way to two. I’d imagine it would be a lot of fiber for a foreign stomach to handle jumping into a full dose and I appreciate the company’s recognition of this. My child who liked these didn’t have any issues staying regulated so I can’t speak to their effectiveness but I’m happy for my kids to get greens and fiber anyway I can. The price point is much better than Gruns but they don’t contain all the vitamins that Gruns offers so you would need to pair with a second supplement. Overall it’s a good product just wished it was more inclusive of all my children’s needs and tastebuds!

She doesn't complain anymore and says she feels better. She says they taste pretty good, which is always a plus with anything like this.I also love the child safety packaging, so my 3 year can't get them.
