SmartyPants Teen Girl Multi & Omegas, Orange, Mixed Berry, and Lemon Lime, 120 Gummies

I bought these for my two teenage daughters. Neither one will touch them. I don’t want to waste them, but the smell/taste is so bad that I can’t eat them either.

I was recommended this brand by a physician because it's supposed to be a good vitamin gummy brand. Their teen girls vitamins don't have iron. That's the one difference between the boys and girls and you're completely missing an essential mineral for menstruating girls. Why isn't there Iron in a multivitamin especially one for girls?

I used to love this product and I legitimately felt better after taking these for about 3 months. Then I was highly disappointed when they disappeared from stores and started looking to buy online. A few weeks later they reappeared at the store with a new label and style to the outside of the bottle. I never imagined that the product itself had changed. Opened my first new bottle and was disgusted to see they are now covered in sugar! I feel so unhealthy when taking them. They also smell differently now, can’t really put my finger on it. I can’t bear to continue and am already searching for a new brand.

The Teen Girl and Teen Guy vitamins seem to have the same ingredients, is that correct? Is the gender difference just for fun, or am I misreading?

These SmartyPants gummies have a good fruit flavor that does not taste artificial and is free form added ingredients that may be found elsewhere. 3 gummies is a serving size with a low sugar content for those gummies which I am always looking for. My girls liked these vitamin gummies. These gummies are actually really soft which I prefer, they dissolve decently quick, and taste great with not much of a “vitamin” after taste like most vitamins have.

First, they definitely taste pretty good and they are chewable gummies. That being said she likes being able to take a vitamin everyday and likes they are easy to take and likes that the gummies are very soft. I myself, like they are non gmo and there is enough in the bottle for a long time use. 90 gummies come in the bottle. I noticed overtime my daughter's nails have started growing more and even seems her hair is also growing a little more. I’ve been taking this form a while now. They do have a particular taste and texture though. It is a softer type of gummy (unlike haribo gummy bears but more like organic whole foods gummies).

My daughter has been taking them for 2 weeks and she has told me that she thinks she is sleeping better, and wakes up with a little more energy. She also said her menstrual cramps weren't as bad this month, which may or may not be related to the vitamins. The flavor is great! Sweet and tart, almost like a less sour Sour Patch Kid. The packaging is very nice and looks quite trendy. Like the nice vitamin bottles you see on Instagram! This is the 1st vitamin that my daughter has actually remembered to take daily in her own without prompting. So I will definitely buy these when the bottle is empty!
