tasty, but flavor combo inaccurate. it says strawberry bubblegum. no bubble gum flavor profile, but do taste strawberry, it's a nice outer crunch and chewy good date. i'd say rebrand name "strawberry crunch" other than that it's yummy, just wish bubblegum flavor wasn't missing.

What’s with the different name? On their website and here it says Strawberry Bubblegum but the package says Fizzy Bubblegum. These have a strong smell. It smells like a kids body mist from the 80s. Maybe that’s what they mean by childhood flavors. It’s horrible. It looks nothing like the picture on the packaging. Not appealing at all. Despite the look and smell I took a bit that I still regret an hour later. The smell will not leave my mouth. The taste is terrible. The date is dry. I can’t even explain the candy coating other than it taste like the body mist I mentioned earlier. No strawberry or bubblegum flavor at all.

Target Candied Dates
Tried these at Target and they were so great! I'm not a fan of dates but if you like dates they are the perfect health alternative to candy! I loved the outside candy flavor. It was the perfect amount of sweetness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like dates and I like bubble gum but combining the two is a really bad idea. They do not taste good at all. I peeled off all the bubble gum flavored coating in order to just eat the dates and not waste them. Other flavors could potentially be good, but bubble gum flavored should be reserved only for gum.

Fun Treat, Very Nostalgic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These candy dates have really surprised me. I have not generally considered myself a fan of dates but wanted to give these a try. They are amazing, especially when you consider there is no added sugar. They really do give you the feeling of eating candy but with much less guilt. I wish the package included more pieces but otherwise they are just right!

The candied outside is sweet and crunchy, and pairs perfectly with the soft date on the inside. The bubble gum candy flavor is so good! Totally unexpected, but fun. The coating itself tastes like amoxicillin but the dates inside are soft and chewy. If you are a fan of the bubble gum taste, then it's a good option for a natural snack with no added sugar.
