Worked fine for a while. But finally the rubber blade broke last year, early in the winter season. Couldn't find a replacement blade anywhere, including here. This year, still can't find replacement blade. If this company can't provide parts in over a year, I assume that is by design. And they just want you to buy a whole new one. I will not buy anything like this if I can't get replacement parts.

Light weight machine. Not good on heavy sticky snow. Scraper Blade is cheap plastic (no metal edge), wears out fast and Snow Joe is poor at keeping them in stock. The blade is required otherwise the blower is "inoperable". Beware, I've been waiting 2 years for replacements!!!

I purchased the SJ625E about a month ago and finally got to use it, we received 12" to 14" of wet snow and this snow blower did an amazing job clearing a large 3 car driveway and 100' of sidewalk. I would definitely recommend this product

It worked great in clearing light, soft snow and wet snow. Never clogged on me. But it has one manufacturing defect, there are two locking elbows on the handle (you can see one of them just below the light), they break easy. Also I have used two stage blowers (which clog all the time) and this is my first single stage blower, won't go back to two stage blowers.
Simply works, no charging, no gas needed.

Great little blower. No need to deal with batteries or gas, just plug it in. I bought a 100 ft cord and originally thought it might get tangled in the blower. As long as you blow away from the outdoor recepticle its not problem. Never had more than 6" of snow but with blowing some areas on top of new snow it doesnt labor and blows it about 15 ft or more. Couldnt be happier with the ease of use.

The plastic motor bearing holder ended up giving out (either melting, or wallowing out) after a handful of years. Probably due to me repeatedly tackling deeper snows than a lightweight "Snow Thrower" was designed to handle. Heavy wet snows clog the chute fairly regularly, but that's to be expected from a single stage snow blower. Ice can also build up on the wheels to where I'd end up dragging the thing around rather than rolling it along. My garage just isn't big enough for me to house a monster snow blower. This one was light enough for me to hang on the wall over the summer and small enough to stay out of the way during the winter so I'll probably end up with another Snow Joe. Maybe one where there's a replacement motor available.

I'm not really sure why they sell these in Canada. It did ok with the light dustings of snow that fell. As soon as things got just a little damp, it can't do the job. The chute plugs up constantly and parts were breaking off of it (the scraper below the spinning blade broke in half and the clip to hold the power cord snapped off). When I gave up with this and grabbed my old shovel, the work was actually less effort to clear the snow. I gave it two stars because it will get the job done if you've got just a little light snow to clear. If things start to warm and the snow gets heavy at all, you're better off with a shovel.

The scraper blade on the SJ625E will ultimately break and they do not make the part. It's been a problem for two years. Mine broke and it's practically useless now.

Works fine, when I can use it. The cheap plastic handle locks broke on both sides and the replacement parts haven't been in stock in over a year. Oh, and for a warranty claim I'm expected to find a box big enough to fit the entire snow blower, haul it to a UPS store and send it back before they'll do anything.

Only giving one star because I can't give none... So I use the snowblower for 2.5 years, it worked just fine for the first snowfall this season but wouldn't turn on at all for the one after... Total garbage. I felt an electric would be more reliable that my previous and more powerful gas snowblower but clearly not... I can't stand how many products there are these days that coincidentally stop working or break somehow shortly after warranty expiration. So frustrating...

The blower broke the first time I used it. The handle broke at the plastic support at the mid point. making it useless. I have the 18" model and the handle is solid metal which has held up much better.

Got this unit last winter and have no negative things to comment on with my SJ625E blower. It cleans right down to the pavement and is so easy to use. My neighbours like it too as I clean their walk as well. It’s light weight, easy to maneuver and my wife likes using it too.

This machine worked for a short time and then the short drive belt broke. I called the company and they didn't have any belts for this. Waited months and still no belts. Very poor quality machine and they don't stock any replacement belts. I give this company 1 star.

Bought this to replace a "dinosaur" old gasoline 2-stage brute that would not start anymore. I previously had experience (great) with Snow Joe's smaller snow shovel that I've had for over 10 years .... still working but now there is a chip in the auger blade and I can't get a replacement. The SJ625E has gotten a workout this winter in western Michigan. Cuts through light snow like nothing and throws it really far. It even has tackled wet snow, but doesn't throw very far so you need to work smart. Don't throw the snow onto other snow that you then need to pick back up again. I highly recommend the SJ625E.

I have used it four times now in fresh snow no deeper than 4 inches. The forth time that I used it,1-1/2 inches of snow, the motor started making a loud whining sound, so loud I had to use ear protection while using it. I don't think this thing is going to make it through one snow season. It is a poorly built piece of junk. I do not recommend this product, it is a waist of money. Big mistake for me. I hate it!!!
