While I was confused/concerned about whether to shake the shot prior to consuming it (there's no instructions saying to shake, but it's clearly a separated product as both juice and ACV are), I just went ahead and shook it up and downed it. It was rather yummy - mostly orange juice rather than the bitterness of ACV. As far as effectiveness, who can really know what it does to the digestive system, if anything. I'd consider consuming more in the future but only if it's discounted or free again.

This is a convenient way to get your probiotics to support your digestive health. Easy to drink, and works. I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion, and I'm glad I've tried it! The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because the ginger and apple cider vinegar is a bit too forward, but I would definitely buy it in the future. I love that this company is woman owned, uses 100% recycled plastic , non gmo verified and is a certified B corporation. I have started buying the happy shots and immune shots as well. At the time of trying this, he was having an episode so I thought it best to let him try it and see if it helped alleviate some problems. When I first opened it, it smelled really subtle and yummy to me and husband agreed. He said it tasted just like orange juice but with a ginger flavoring. The ginger was really subtle at first, but as you get down the bottle it gets a little stronger and you can feel the spiciness/warmth of the ginger in your throat. The clementine gives the drink an overall citrus-flavor and is fairly acidic-tasting like orange juice. Overall he said it was actually pretty yummy and he would definitely buy more, especially if over time it would help with some his tummy problems.
