i love all the other flavors from this brand, but this one was absolutely awful 😭 it was so hard to get down and tasted terrible. i didn’t read that it’s ginger cayenne before i bought it so that is partially my fault, but it’s disgusting and way too spicy in general lol. it does feel good for my sinuses and stomach, but it burns the throat and lingers for 30+ minutes. i’m definitely not purchasing this again 😳

I did not like the taste, it lasted too long , way too strong it gave me a headache, I had to eat 5 pieces of gum 15 mins later , I felt like I drank a fireball shot without the fun. The other flavors are way better

This little drink packs a punch in more ways than one. It does have quite an intense flavor that takes a little bit to get used to. It goes away pretty quickly though. This also knocks out any early cold symptoms I have coming on (sore throat, sinus congestion etc.) I always have these on hand at home.

For everyone who gives this a bad review because it's too "spicy" or it burns. Do you not understand what it's like to consume ginger? Anyone who's ever eaten ginger root in a meal or stir fry knows that ginger is spicy and hot. That's the nature of the ginger root, so I don't understand people giving this a bad review. It would be like giving a bad review for drinking juice made from hot peppers and then complaining it's too hot. This drink is exactly like I thought it would be. Yes, it's hot and spicy and that's fine, because that's what consuming ginger is like.

I’m not going to lie the flavor is pretty gross. The cayenne is SPICY. I don’t know if these actually work because I’m fairly new to taking them, but I felt like based on other reviews, these wellness shots are my best bet.
