Today I tried the Pineapple Ginger Energy Shot instead of the cola. The taste was pleasant, the ginger gave it a nice kick. I would drink a whole glass of juice in this flavor (sans the excess caffeine, of course!). I don't know that I feel extra energized or any different, though. But I would definitely try it again.

I am pretty new to the So Good So You brand and I got the Pineapple Ginger Energy Shot. It tasted like orangy pineapple juice with some zest/spice. I actually like it because of the zesty "kick". As for the energy part, I think it did deliver some sustained energy throughout the evening. I especially like that the juices and green tea are all organic.

I can definitely taste the ginger that is no doubt about it. It’s definitely a spicy shot because of the ginger. I don’t know if I like it or hate it, but it doesn’t really bug me. If you’re not used to eating ginger, I would not recommend this for you.
