A: Hi there! When a CO2 cylinder is used up, you can simply exchange it for a full one at a SodaStream retail location. Our current exchange price is $16.99 per cylinder. You can surrender your empty cylinder at the retail location.

Love it but wheres the dr pepper?!?!?
My youngest loves it!!!! My husband loves that he can get zero sugar mt dew and code red. It's shame it doesn't have Dr Pepper or zero sugar dr Pepper 😭 would be easy 5 stars if so. But I love this product.

Bubble late than never
SodaStream needs to do a better job if flagging on its website that have an option of purchasing one of two types of canisters depending on what type of pump you own. I mistakenly bought the wrong model and was not able to use the bubbles and had to drop them off at a local store that carries SodaStream products, time-consuming process that was totally unnecessary. Fortunately Sidastream sent me the correct model free of charge but imagine how costly this must be to the Company’s bottom line!

buying bottled carbonated is cheaper
I don't think I use that much carbonation, but after 8 cylinders that never last me a month and I drink only 1-2 bottles of carbonated water per day. maybe my unit leaks? I have got a new unit this week. If the first cylinder only last a month, I will go back to buying bottled sparking water.

Only two of the bottles worked as expected. Third was not fully refilled and lasted half the time. The 4th is hardly filled at all and not usable at all.

The first time I exchanged I was charged the $16.99. The last 2 times it was 31.99. I asked and the cashier just sis that does sound like a big increase. The receipt showed I returned an empty. Will be going elsewhere from now on
