I had never used the cylinder-exchange program before and found it difficult to understand. You don't instruct people who have never used it--you just assume that they will know to "open an account" first. I had to call your number to get instructions. And the stores that used to provide refills don't update their instructions to show that they no longer do so. It is confusing.

I don't know what's wrong with this "new "bottle that I received but it does not seem to have the right amount of pressure in it. Normally,I would use about 3 to 4 pumps… I have had to use at least six to get the same amount of fizz that I normally get. This is wasting my money. I am giving this a neutral grade because although it is working, it is not working as it should.

Everything was good. Would like to see the return last longer. Two months is too short a time to complete using 2 cylinders. I've used soda stream ever since it came out many years ago. I exchanged the cylinder at stores but no longer possible where I live so must depend on mailing. This is the first time for mailing so hard to answer some questions below.
