Really works!
What was I thinking when I planned to prepare a chilled jelled dessert on Sunday that I would need to keep cool while driving 300 miles down California's central valley in AUGUST HEAT before being served? Absolute madness! But this terrific bag, and plenty of frozen foods and water bottles, kept it chilly in the trunk for the whole drive through temps in the 90s+, even through a lane closures from a collision made the drive an hour and a half longer than usual. The water bottles and frozen soups were just starting to thaw, and my infrared thermometer read just 43 degrees when I opened the bag at home. Amazing! And that's even without taking into account the handy pockets for serving things and the nicely padded carrying straps and generous opening.

Hard side coolers are too bulky for certain outings, but lucky for us, Target offers this well-made and sporty alternative. The Embark soft sided 23qt cooler is the perfect size for day trips, picnics, concerts in the park.... You know what I'm talking about! This cooler can quite a lot without the bulk. This is the perfect day at the beach cooler. It fit lunch, snacks, and drinks for 2 kids and 2 adults - kept everything cool and insulated. We got this the tan & cream one along with the bigger cooler one same style on wheels. Love them both so much, we've had this cooler for a year now. We have used it plenty of times and it's great for those trips that you also want to store things in your car without worrying about over heating items. I like to pack clothes in this one with an ice pack to top off the bigger cooler on wheels for summer fun outdoors! Splash pad or playground trios, love it, the kids are cooled off, & their cool clothes help so tremendously. You can leave these coolers after cleaning out in the sun to brighten them back up! We've had juice spilled and dark soda on the coolers, stains came out nicely. I love pairing this cooler with the big one since we're always on the go.

Easy Fix for the Yellowing!
I came to reviews to see if anyone else was experiencing yellowing on virtually new Embark coolers in the cream colors. Of course I wasn't alone and no one seemed to have a cure. I did more research on how to remove yellowing on nylon. And I found out that this is a common issue with recycled nylon materials due to the process and ph of fabric. It suggested placing in direct sunlight. I placed both of my coolers in a Sunny window and left to run errrands for the day. I'm thrilled to report that in less than 4 hours my coolers are both back to normal!! All yellowing is gone! Just thought I'd pass the info along!
