I have been taking it for a about 6 years. The reason I choose to take it is because it is easy on my stomach, unlike other products which contain calcium.

I have had a problem with restless leg syndrome and my chiropractor/kinesiologist said to try a magnesium and calcium combo. I've taken it for a few months and while I do still have some discomfort, it's not nearly as bad as it was. It takes a while to kick in but worth it, rather than taking other medications.

When my doctor recommended taking more calcium in my diet, I returned to CMZ as a way to get this, magnesium and zinc in my diet. I prefer capsules, but few combinations are made in capsule form. Zinc is one of the minerals good during this pandemic. Calcium is also good for the cramps I sometimes get in the arches of my feet as well as good bone health which is important to my older self. I consider this combination a staple every day. The price is super reasonable compared to other brands.

I purchased this particular formulation because I prefer calcium, magnesium, and zinc in one capsule, and I think this is a good formula. I like that it has multiple forms of calcium and of magnesium, and that each capsule is relatively low dose, as I get much of my calcium from my diet. I trust Solaray quality.
