My mother is 89 years old and has had chronic urinary tract infections. This product works very well. I give her 3 tablets 3 times a day and she does not get anymore infections. We have also used the Swanson D-Mannose for this problem and it works very well. We just wanted to change the product for a while since my mother has been taking D- Mannose for years now. Both supplements can get the job done very well.

I love it. When I get an infection I up it to 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. Else wise I take 1, UIt is a Godsend as I haven't been to a doctor about this in years

I've used this daily for years. It has helped eliminate my frequent urinary tract infections. It works best along with drinking plenty of water and staying away from sugar.

I used to get maybe six bladder infections a year. A few times they backed up into my kidneys. Some of us women are like this. My additional problem is that I’m allergic to nearly every antibiotic you could name with only one exception. So making sure I don’t get a bladder infection is really important, potentially life threatening. (Imagine!) My very smart physician suggested I try taking one Cranactin capsule three times a day. That was three years ago, maybe more, and I honestly have not had a UTI ever since. I get my Solaray Cranactin from Swanson because it is actually less than twice as expensive than getting it from a pharmacy. Do this thing.

Actually - we have successfully sprinkled this into our cats' food dishes to promote urinary tract health, for over two years now. They don't mind the taste at all. What a relief ... for them AND for us!

This is one of the best cranberry products I have ever tried. I like the high potency of 400 mg and this bottle of 180 capsules is a good buy. My daughters and I have used the Solarey brand of Cranactin for several years - off on when needed, and also several weeks at a time just for good health maintenance. This is a product we always keep in our shelves!
