I prefer Country Life target mins total mins but Swanson was out of stock. It takes four Solaray caps to equal two Country life tabs.

Good product and complete multi-mineral
This is a pretty comprehensive multi-mineral supplement There are very few multi-mineral supplements out there that offer these higher levels of multi minerals. I was using Country Life Mega Minerals which I do prefer, but the company has been out of stock for quite some time now.

Multi Mineral
This is the first time I have tried this product. I chose it to replace another mineral supplement I had used for a long time, but found it was no longer available. It has become a good substitute with a good amount of potency.

Mega Multi Minerals
Our doctor recommended that we use minerals rather than multi-votes. He claims that out naturally-grown garden provides the vitamins that we need but that we probably lack minerals. This product fits.

Reliable supplement
On the recommendation of a friend, I've been taking this supplement every night before bedtime for over a year. I take it along with two varlerian/melatonin capsules, and it seems to help me sleep. I'm 69 and in decent shape, so I figure it's helping me out.
