    Very good product

    Bery good alternative to cell salt Mag Phis or Kali Phos. I alternate between Sleep and both cell salts to fall asleep quicker and to sleep deeper. Very good product.

    This is a pretty potent mix of sleepy herbs. However, maybe extracts would be even better? Hard to say, really. The convenience of having several herbs in one capsule is very good though, and many brands have stopped making these types of sleepy herb blends, so we should be thankful we can still get this.

    Best remedy for me

    This one works the best for me. While a popular hormone answer for insomnia (that begins with an M) works for a lot of people, it makes me feel groggy in the morning. But the Solaray Sleep Blend helps me get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up alert and ready to start my day. So it is by far the best remedy I have ever tried.

    Natural Ingredients and effective

    I have tried several 'natural' sleep formulas to help with sleep problems I seem to have once a month and I find one capsule of this is effective and doesn't leave me feeling drugged come morning.

    Rarely effective

    I have taken this sleep product both as a daily regimen and on-and-off for a few months and found that it rarely worked either way. It is primarily valerian root, and it says so on the label. It has a warning NOT to exceed the recommended dosage of just one pill.

    Helps me to sleep soundly

    I use this product to ensure a night of sound sleep. Additionally, I use Natrol's Sleep'n Restore which I also purchase at Swanson Vitamins. These two products combined usually help me sleep very well and I am thankful that these products are affordable at Swanson Vitamins.

    This Works

    This is a gentle sleep aide that is effective. I have tried several others from different manufactures and they did not either get me in the sleep mode or left me groggy the next day. I have been ordering this for several months. It looks like I finally found something that works at a decent price. Thanks Swanson..

    I've used the Solaray Sleep Blend SP-17 for several years now. I take one capsule along with Relora and Chinese Skullcap and within a half an hour I'm out for the night with no grogginess in the morning.

    Very good, helps me sleep, knocks me out for only about 4.5 hours. So if I take it at 10pm I will only sleep until 2:30 or 3:00 and then I will be awake again for a while and return to sleep until my alarm goes off at 5:30...It does clearly give me 4 to 5 hours of sleep nightly... I would recommend it to anyone who can not or has trouble falling asleep.

    If aging gives you an occasional restless sleep, don't lay there and fret, Soloray has made a great blend on herbs/supplements to help ease you in to a comfortable sleep without any effects the next morning. You will wake up refreshed!
