    Great for stress

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this brand of Ashwangandha several times in the past and it is my favourite one, it helps a lot when I am stressed, I struggle with anxiety and it relaxes me and helps me destress and sleep. No side effects at all.

    Absolute bessst. Bought 3rd bottle and one for my friend as well to help with anxiety. Remember to take it for a few weeks then take a break though. Its strong.

    Highly recommended for stress and anxiety

    A friend recommended this a while back and I'm kicking myself for taking so long to act on her advice. After suffering for years from ongoing low-level anxiety, as a result of chronic stress, just 6 weeks into taking this regularly I feel a huge improvement. The tic in my eyelid has stopped, my breathing is deeper and more relaxed, my temper has improved, and my startle response has decreased substantially. Highly recommend this!
