I began taking this product after I tested positive for covid. I'm not sure if the supplements are to thank, but luckily I had a very mild case and bounced back rather quickly. I would definitely recommend this product for someone needing an extra immune boost.

Excellent quality and easy to swallow gel caps. My yearly hives in the summer a minimal to none if I remember to take this daily. It really helps reduce the itching and swelling.

I love all Solgar supplements, and this Quercetin Compex is not an exception. It is one of the few that still come in a dark glass bottle which is always a plus to preserve quality and for the environment. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 bc it only has 500mg of vit C per serving, 1,000 mg would have been perfect.

This complex is a very good choice for an antioxidant. I take one with each meal so I get only 250mg of Vitamin C which is all my body seems able to absorb each time.
