Great for breastfeeding mothers
There's great research to indicate that choline helps with your milk supply whilst breastfeeding and that's why I take choline. I looked into various brands but this Solgar product has the best quality choline and in the high dosage thought to benefit milk production. As always I also love that it comes in a glass bottle and not plastic

My brain now works well!
After a long period of feeling dim and feeble which various other supplements have helped, taking choline has had a dramatic effect on my memory and general brightness. Also I now dream and remember some dreams. Apparently it's also helping my liver. What's not to like?!

unfortunately my husband only used these for a couple of days as we were not sue that they were compatible with his prescribed medication - atenolol, candesartan lipitor and clopidogrel. He may try them again at a later date.
