    Good

    Diagnosed with osteoporosis and read this is a good supplement to take. I know Solar are good quality so started taking, easy to take once a day. 2yrs for next scan so fingers tightly crossed this helps

    Helped with taste and smell and immunity

    I saw online that zinc picolinate was highly absorbable and great for taste and smell. I lost my taste and smell when I had Covid and got it back when I started taking zinc. I stopped for a brief period and I lost my taste and smell again. A couple hours after taking it, it came back. A good supplement to keep colds and flu away. I take it every other day to balance it out with copper.

    Zinc Picolinate is a part of my daily vitamins. I have chosen this particular supplement as it was recommended by trusted physician. I take it together with Vit D3 and C. It is said that this formula is well absorbed by the body.
