[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the product description & was initially put off by the warning that if these tablets are taken for too long, some people may experience a numbness & tingly sensation; However I have to say for me, so far so good, though I only take two a day, instead of the suggested three a day doses & I have only been taking them for around a month. These are hard tablets & I have to be careful when swallowing that they don't turn flat, otherwise the tablet gets a little stuck. Also, it helps to take them with a big mouthful of water. Apart from that, they don't have a chalky taste on your tongue & do not carry a smell. I try & make sure all doses are what I call 'quality doses', meaning I take them with a decent meal. My sleep has become more restful & my energy levels have increased since taking Magnesium with Vitamin B6. I recommend giving them a try.

I love this product. I works good for me. I haven’t been able to find it at any local stores.

As soon as I take this supplement, my cramps is easily gone. It work for me. I felt more relax in my muscles.

I have occasionally had restless legs when going to sleep and this magnesium has completely cured it. I take 3 tablets every night and I think it really helped to relieve the symptoms and gives me a much better nights sleep!

Thought dosage was 1 a day so disappointed to find when tablets arrived it was 3 a day! Makes them rather expensive!!

Magnesium supplements- I choose Solgaras my brand recommended by my nutritionist and am pleased with the results! I do feel less tired and sleep better.

Great tablets but l found some cheaper after I finished yours I had these for two weeks they were rubbish I threw them in the bin I then bought 7 pots from your selves wish my wife and myself take daily

I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks so not sure of the positive benefits yet. Fingers crossed that will happen in another couple of weeks or as I increase my exercise load...
