Solgar Magnesium With Vitamin B6, 100 Tablets

Personally, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or benefits yet, but i understand supplements can take time to work and results can vary from person to person. The tablets are easy to swallow thanks to their smaller size, and I like that they don’t have any noticeable taste or aftertaste. Taking three tablets a day does seem like quite a lot, but I think that’s because they have kept each tablets small and comfortable to swallow rather than making one large tablet. The packaging is practical too, with an easy to open screw top jar that doesn’t take up much storage space. Overall, while I can’t comment on the effectiveness just yet, I’ve found them easy and convenient to take every day.

I’m currently having three daily as recommended as a dose and will continue to use.

You have to take three of them which seems like a lot but they go down so easily it really doesn’t bother me. I feel I’ve been sleeping better since taking them. My gripe with them is that they are magnesium oxide and not magnesium glycinate which is absorbed much better by the body and gentler on digestion.

Magnesium is scientifically proven to boost energy levels, and B6 is one of the essentials. Just take three of these a day as a supplement to your healthy diet and reap the benefits of feeling calmer, more energised, and less stressed. One thing to note is that you should not take these over a prolonged period of time, as it can cause “mild tingling and numbness” as stated on the bottle. For this reason, I discontinued my multivitamin whilst taking this.

My old much more budget friendly magnesium supplements are a lot more effective! I have had some of my old knee aches coming back since I started taking these ones instead of my usual ones. Great small bottle which is a glass bottle which we love rather than plastic. We have started to notice effects like sleeping better after having these for over a week now so keen to continue to see further effects.
