I am a dairy nutritionist
I am a dairy nutritionist , dealing with dairy herds, and feed high levels of vitamin E to boost the animals immune system, plus Selenium , both protecting the cell structure against anti-oxidants. It makes sense that it will work as efficiently for our own immune system. I have been taking the supplement for some ten years now, and as my daughter asked quite recently, " Dad how comes you never get a cold ? ", which says it all.
