Good product - would recommend!
I would recommend for a beginner or intermittent use - not necessarily someone experienced and looking for a challenge. The stand is sturdy and the bags are a decent size. Quality product for casual training.

I was surprised how fun it is
I love my new toy. Great exercise and stress reliever. When I saw it online, I wasn't sure if it would be large enough for me, but the size is actually good for me, as a small adult woman it works out really well.
