I got this for an 18" boy doll my kids have and it fits perfectly. You can carry some small items inside the backpack. Zipper seems to work well, and haven't seen any signs of weak material. It will stay on the doll's back most of the time but does slip off from time to time. Overall the price was good and I am enjoying watching my kids play with it.
