I have been using Source Naturals L-Tryptophan for about a year. I have used Source Naturals products in the past and I trust that brand/company. I take the Tryptophan about an hour before I want to go to sleep. I find it helps make me feel naturally tired. I also find it helps me get back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night.
