Magtein HAS sugars and carbohydrates!
I have ordered this several times, having had Magtein from another company. It works fine, but I was shocked to discover that this brand (despite saying there are no sugars or carbohydrates) has maltodextrin (which is both a sugar and a carbohydrate) - so - this is definitely not a product for people on a low carb diet. I am very disappointed.

Only one that works
I have tried other brands of this magnesium, but I always come back to Source Naturals, because it's the only one that actually works. Might as well flush your money down the drain if you buy a different brand.; I never felt like they did a thing. This is the real deal.

Essential for relaxation, helpful for memory
Helps with falling asleep but I need things like tart cherry for the meltonin or ashawada sleep mix as well. Improved memory. I am 145lbs, and if I take more than one at night my heart feels like it struggles and I have a hard time waking up in the morning. 've been taking it for about a year. Occasionally I can sleep without it, but my body is more achy when I get up if I miss it.

The most helpful form of Magnesium I have found.
I have tried many forms of Magnesium, but Magtein is by far the best for my mental focus. Source Naturals is the best value I have found, and Swanson is the best place to get Magtein. Good stuff
I never realized the importance of magnesium and the different types. This product took away my daily "fog" and I can mentally function better throughout the day. Also not having as many leg cramps.

Mag is so good for so many things
Our diets are deficient in this valuable mineral and we need supplementation in order to get enough. This particular one is formulated to help you think better. I feel more focused and less confused when I take it. Frequently Swanson's offers special discounts and that is when I stock up on this pricy, to me, fixed income and all that, product. Price or no, I would not want to be without it.

Very Good Supplement
I take two each morning and one each evening. This form of magnesium is thought to be able to penetrate the blood-brain barrier to nourish my brain to help it stay soft and functional. I have been using it for at least a year and I believe it has been beneficial for my cognition. I wish it was less expensive, but the good stuff is usually expensive.

I didn't notice anything other than magnesium's normal effects. I am going to try Swanson's brand of this and see how I feel with that. At least they use veggie caps instead of the gelatin caps on this product.
