Disappointed
I'm writing this review after taking this melatonin pill, probably 4 hours ago and I'm still wide awake. Not only it didn't put me to sleep but it didn't even make me sleepy. I'm normally very sensitive and reactive to sleeping aids. Not this one. I do not recommend.

This Melatonin Works Fast
Few supplements that one takes gives quick results, but this one does. I take one or two tablets under my tongue 30 minutes before bed time. They help me get sleepy and ready to doze off. I've tried several melatonin products, this is the best for me!

Works so well!!
It takes a while for me to feel any form of melatonin that I swallow and then have to digest. This sublingual form I feel in 5-10 minutes. It gives me a great wave of sleepiness. The orange is a nice flavor and the price is terrific.
