Iodine is perhaps the mineral most lacking in our bodies. Most iodine supplements are far from a useful dose. This satisfies the need and the price is right.

I really like this formula. I used to use the drops in water, but had a hard time with the taste. These tablets are easier to take. And the cost is the best I've seen.
