The description is very misleading. I wanted a chewable multi-vitamin for my 94 year old Mother and hoped these would do. However the "wafers" are huge and as hard as the proverial rock. She *could not* chew them. Very disappointed in the product and a little with Swanson.

I was looking for a chewable vitamin and I purchased the Source of Life Adult Chewable. I like the tablet form but it’s too sweet to eat everyday. I hope to find a tablet with similar ingredients but much less sugar.

These vitamins may be high quality but they have to palatable to get the effectiveness. I for one could not stomach the taste. They are sweet but my taste buds were turned off by the flavor. I would say they are gross but sweet.

I agree with some other reviewers who say the product is a little chalky, however, I think the flavor is good. They are huge wafers, so I eat one in the morning and one at night just so I don't have to chew two at once. If you can't or don't like to swallow pills, this is a great comprehensive multi-vitamin to take, and I think you get a lot for your money.

My husband and I are addicted to this supplement. We actually crave it. It provides added nutrients that we cannot find in other supplements. We like that they are chewable for better absorption. We take one in the morning and one at night for continuous absorption throughout the day. A little more costly than your average drugstore multi-vitamin, but the benefits are HUGE!

When I first saw the size of the wafers I couldn't believe it, it isn't really a wafer but very thick big chewable vitamin. When I chewed it it was sort of chalky but had a decent taste. What I find is it works best to drink water while eating these. What I will say is they do give a burst of energy and have a lot of good nutrients so I will get them again. Just had to get used to them first :)

I buy it for my husband who has trouble swallowing pills. He has been taking for sometime and likes it. It is hard to tell whether it is effective or not because we eat healthy, but we use it anyway.

I've been trying to get my husband to take a multi vitamin for years. Finally I found a great-tasting chewable and he remembers to take them everyday! He's very active and notices that they give him a boost after a long surfing session.
