Q: How do you peel the backing off of the shower caddy? Am I supposed to peel the red film off or the red film AND foam? The red film does not seem to be separating from the foam on the back of the caddy.

A: Simply pull off the RED adhesive sticker and apply it to the wall without the NOVA so it can securely stick. Once it has securely stuck onto the wall you may place your NOVA device inside the caddy.

Q: So is this supposed to turn off on its own (like Clarisonic) or do you have to turn it off? Trying to determine if mine's defective - it just runs and runs.

A: Thank you for your question! NOVA has a built in "cleansing assistant timer" that will beep every 20 seconds indicating you to move to the next area. You will need to press the 'on/off' button to turn your device off. When fully charged (a 12 hour charge) your NOVA can run up to 2 hours without needing another charge.

It’s the closest I could find to a Clarisonic brush, which was my go-to for over 10 years. But in a few months, I’ve had two of these stop working. The first time it stopped working I contacted the company and they sent a replacement. But their communication isn’t the best. They sent me the tracking info for someone else and I had access to some stranger’s address. The second one is the replacement they said. It stopped working after 1 month. I’m not going to buy this again. The handle design is terrible.

Purchased in February, used consecutively for six months and then the charging base just stopped working. I tried different charging blocks because the cable is integrated into the base of the brush, so you can't exchange the cable out. Not to mention the rechargeable battery is inside the device, so that's a little inconvenient because should the battery stop working you'd have to replace the entire thing. Contacted the company and crickets. So in the trash it's going. Wouldn't recommend or repurchase.

I like that it’s waterproof and comes with a shower caddy. It’s also great that the brush heads don’t spin but rather uses vibrations to cleanse the skin. I’ve had something similar that would spin and fling the facewash everywhere and would grab my hair as I washed close to the hairline. This one is great!

I had recently thrown away a previous spin brush and was looking for a new one. I've heard so many good things about this brand so I decided to try it for myself and I Love it! I like how there are multiple settings and it comes with a holder to keep in your shower. It comes with two head as well which I think is great.
