Not Worth It For Me
Seems like more trouble than it’s worth. Skin always has to be wet or slick for it to appear to work properly. That being said, it’s super messy and time consuming to use. Still not sure how to use it fully. Directions lacking, and I shouldn’t have to watch other people on YouTube or TikTok use it to figure it out. It does look well made and charges nicely.

It works... kind of.
It did get some of the Sebaceous filaments out of my skin, but it wasn't a night or day difference. The device got REALLY HOT as I was using it. Not sure if I just have a defected model or if that is an issue among the product as a whole. I had to set the device down because it got too hot to hold. WAY too expensive for the results.

I bought this product due to a friend recommendation. I was excited to use it and got to about 5-6,times before it needed to be recharged, which is thought was a good amount of battery life. However, once I put it on the charger and left it to charge overnight, the thing will not turn on now. The indicator light flashes when plugged in, but I csn not get it to turn on plugged in or not. So owni have a product that is useless to me. Had this not happened, I would have given a 5 star review, however thats impossible without having the use of it now. I'm hoping that the manufacturer will repair or replace it, but that is something I need to get information on where to send it. Any help is appreciated. I will give an updated review once this issue is resolved.

I followed the instructions very thoroughly. It gave me skin issues I didn’t previously have. My skin is now extremely textured with clusters of raised skin and bumps all around my mouth. I had smooth skin in these areas before I used this machine. My skin looks horrifying now and it’s very visible makes me look ugly, make up doesn’t even cover it well because the bumps are raised so you can see it even with full coverage foundation. I’ve been trying to reverse the damage for a couple weeks and wasn’t going to write too bad of a review if it was easily fixable… but here I am because this is now seeming permanent at least for the rest of the year while keep trying things to repair my skin from this disastrous machine. I absolutely hate it, it’s ruined my self esteem if I could I’d put negative ten stars

I have the pink one. Never felt effective. More like a placebo. Instructions are basic. Demonstrations on YouTube are short. Doesn’t work currently. Won’t charge anymore or turn on. Didn’t last long but feels gimmicky.

Lela Is Nice and not naughty
I have totally fallen in love with Lela and this is certainly an amazing tool having to put our skincare right where it belongs...on our faces! I'm dying to try it constantly but to see the changes over time but now I just see them doing their work now. This would make a great gift as well even thought you'll probably a little intimidated your first time.

This product is amazing hands down. I am so excited to start using it during my weekly routine. I will say you should use water when using it otherwise it will stretch out your skin. This was recommended to me by several other influencers and I was so excited to have tried it. I will use it from now on and save my skin from getting whiteheads or blackheads.

I don't know what type of box you were supposed to use with the charger that they include because I could not find out anywhere.
I was really excited after getting this as a mother's Day gift for my daughter and I was able to use it one time and then after the initial charge it said it need to charge again after that one time so I plugged it in and when I want to use it again it would not turn back on
