Recommended by orthopedic surgeon
After an ankle/foot injury, these was recommended to me because of continuing heel pain using more rigid OTC shoe orthotics. They help tremendously with heel pain and still seem to give good stability and support for plantar. I have recommended to many friends who walk for exercise as I do.

Bought 2 pair
Fit like a glove for a foot for both my daughter's and my sneakers even though we are 1.5 sizes apart. The sizing chart was spot on and our sneakers are new again with better than new comfort.

Great insole
I have Morton's neuroma which causes pain in the ball of my foot. These insoles are fantastic. They are so well padded that I can barely feel any discomfort when have them in my shoe. My shoe also has a very soft sole and the combination of insole and shoe works great. I would highly recommend this insole. Very comfortable even for normal feet.

Bought these maybe a month ago but I been using them for at 20 years or so. Had a hard time finding them for a couple of years then I figured try them directly. So glad I did my old were wearing down, but the held up. Love your insoles
