The Spenco RX Full Length Arch Cushions were designed to help soothe tired feet and sore arches. They also improve body alignment, absorb shock and reduce friction that can cause blisters. These flexible arch cushions provide additional stability and support necessary to help maintain proper foot positioning. Features: Full length provides complete heel-to-toe comfort. SpenCore Material exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact. Available in multiple sizes for correct placement and better overall fit, comfort and performance. 4-way Stretch Fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. Relief
Broke my foot earlier this year and my orthopedist recommended these as I recovered. These inserts make all the difference in helping with residual pain. Bought several pairs for shoes that still fit.

I can’t tell you how many pairs of Spanko I have recommended to everyone Since 1988. It’s a product I used to purchase when I worked for Doctor foot care In California that had a retail in front. And I have to say they’re still a fantastic product.

No more plantar fasciitis
For me, these insoles prevent plantar fasciitis, far better than the more expensive custom-fitted insoles that some stores sell. The big lump under the arch provides a constant massage.

Good product
I've been wearing Spenco inserts for years. I have Planters Fasciitis and was advised by my doctor to wear them. I've tried other inserts and Spenco inserts always have worked the best.

I have been using Spenco arch cushions for over 30 years in all of my shoes. I have high arches and get excellent support from this product. My feet hurt without arch cushions in my shoes!

I've been using these for 40 years
I've been using Spenco Arch Cushions both full size and 3/4 length for 40 years (not the same pair). I have very sensitive feet and can not tolerate all the innersoles that have plastic supports. So with many new pairs of shoes out come their arch supports and in go these Spenco Arch Cushions. If there is room in the shoe I also add the Spenco Flat Innersole underneath Arch Cushion. I wash them periodically and hang them to dry. I haven't found any other product I like better.

Pain gone, walking and sleeping improved.
My new arch supports made an instant difference in my ankle. I was having almost constant pain in my right ankle due to a tendon problem. Since wearing the inserts, the pain is gone. It has also helped with the pain while off my feet. Some of the worse pain was when I was trying to sleep. That pain is also gone.

Perfect
I've been wearing these Arc Cushions for years and I have them in every pair of shoes that I own. I have them in my gym shoes, dress shoes, and my golf shoes. I just buy all my shoes a half size larger and they fit perfect. I highly recommend!!!!

When using RX Arch Cushions Insole, I forget about pain; no need to take medication or any pain killer. I can walk for miles without any pain. Product is highly recommended.
