The Spenco RX Full Length Plantar Fascia Shoe Insoles are built with a sturdy nylon arch support that comfortably stretches the plantar fascia for everyday comfort. The engineered arch bridge supports plantar fascia so that the arch does not collapse, allowing the user to stand and move in a neutral position. The gel heel absorbs impact while the deep heel cup provides stability. Features: Engineered plantar bridge provides sturdy arch support. Material: PU, Gel, Nylon. Odor resistant. Extremely Well Made Insoles
I purchased these insole for plantar fasciitis which was extremely painful. This brand was suggested by my podiatrist stating they are the best on market. He also suggested their flip flops since this is my shoe of choice. They were easy to trim to size and very comfortable. I’ve been wearing for 4 days and pain is beginning to subside gradually. This is quite the help as I do a lot of walking.I’m looking forward to getting total relieve as I’ve seen great improvement.

Cut them against another insert from a shoe that fits. I have them in a pair of my sandals I wear around the house I wish you could get them in colors.

These are a Game Changer for me!
I recently purchased the Planter Fascia Insoles and can report they greatly improved my ability to walk pain-free! I wear them everyday, switching them between shoes as needed. I’m about to order another pair just to keep from having to move them shoe-to-shoe so much. If “no heel pain” is your goal … you need these! They have been a game changer for me.

Game changer insoles!

Relief at last!

Very comfortable Insoles
I bought a pair of these insoles last year and have been moving them around among my athletic shoes. They are SO comfortable and give me such good arch support, even when my plantar fasciitis isn't actively bothering me. And they've held up very well. I finally decided to buy two more pairs so that the 3 pairs of shoes I wear most often will have these awesome insoles in them without moving them from shoes to shoes.

Great insoles
Great insoles. I have used Spenco insoles for many years (decades). I had some foot discomfort I suspected was Plantar Fasciitis and got the new insoles before a 3-day out-of-town trip with lots of walking and a 3-hour musical gig last night while standing, and had no discomfort.

Orthopedic Doctor recommended these insoles for Plantar Fascia. They took care of my problem immediately. I now, along with my wife have them in all of our running/walking shoes.
