The Spenco RX 3/4 Length Arch Cushions were designed to soothe tired feet and sore arches as well as improve body alignment. These arch cushions absorbs shock and reduce friction that can cause blisters. It provides additional stability and support that is necessary to maintain proper foot positioning. Available in multiple sizes for correct placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. Excellent - been wearing them for 60 years.
I have been wearing Spenco’s for decades. I would never wear a pair of shoes without them. I do have flat feet and the arch support and cushioning are just perfect. I wear them in walking shoes, running shoes, shoes that I wear to work, every day shoes. The three-quarter arch support is ideal because it leaves your room in the lower half of the shoe. I even wore them on a protest watch for her free Friday with Bob Barker, the length of 5th Avenue, 60 years ago.

I thought these were the same as the ones I had years ago from my podiatrist. These are too soft for someone who already is overweight. If you are heavy, I wouldn't bother they don't cushion your arches

Too large
I bought 1 month ago arch cushion was too large and found it difficult to return so I have a pair that I can not use low rating due to difficulty in return thankfully I bought 2 sets so 1 or work

Feeling like a champ
I got these insole to try it out. I was a previous owner of the 3/4 size insoles but those at that time has a hard plastic as a foundation. Was going to order more since I had bought more pairs of shoes and to be honest was fed up from removing them from one pair to another. Tried these and they felt so comfortable that I replaced all the original ones I had and replace them with these and ordered more for the new pairs. Now ALL my pairs of footwear sneakers and dress shoes have them in them. No regrets here.

Best Inserts for Arch Supports!
These are the best arch supports I’ve used so far, having tried many. I love how they are soft rather than rigid throughout the insole except the actual arch which is more strong and supportive.

For my boots
Over the last three years I have gone back to wearing western boots. I am flat footed and need a little help with arch support. I have found that the 3/4 long arch support is a great help to make my boots feel real comfortable.

Have used for years and I swear by them!
I started wearing Spenco 3/4 arch cushions over 25 years ago when I was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. They made it possible for me to be on my feet in dress pumps all day while teaching. Now I wear them for the arch support that isn't too stiff and they help my knees. They hold up very well and I don't hesitate to put them in the washing machine. I swear by them.

My chiropractor recommended these 20 years ago. I suffered a bad ankle injury in high school. This product aligns and stablized my ankles as well as provides cushioning. I am a carpenter and spend all day on my feet. Life changing. Totally recommend.
