The Spenco RX 3/4 Length Orthotic Arch Supports were designed to help control, stabilize and balance the foot. These arch supports are heat moldable for a custom fit. Its SpenCore layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. Available in multiple sizes for correct arch placement and a better overall fit, comfort and performance. Features: SpenCore Material Exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact. Moldable Arch Insert helps support and control the foot. 4-way Stretch Fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. Q: Can these be trimmed to fit? I returned a pair because they are so wide. They didn’t fit any of my sneakers.

Pain relief

Spence and Plantar fasciitis
I am a 77 year old man. My podiatrist suggested the 3/4 length Spenco insole when I was recovering from plantar fasciitis during COVID. They have worked very well protecting my plantar from shock and new injury. In my case PF never really heals; it becomes subclinical -- without symptoms. The Spenco insole helps keep it that way.

Help with my arch pain
I have used these for more than 3 years. I had several pain in my left foot that I was not able to pressure on it! Now I can walk for hours and not have any pain. These have fixed my arches!

Insole comfort
Insole’s very comfortable. My only concern is that it slips forward when wearing for and extended time. This causes some discomfort.

Excellent Orthotic arch supports
