The Spenco RX Standard Shoe Comfort Insoles feature lightweight cushioning that protects against impact and reduces friction to prevent blisters. They fit comfortably in any shoe or boot and over custom orthotics. Full Length. Cushions and comforts heel-to-toe. Exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort. 4-way stretch fabric. Silpure antimicrobial helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. Sizing: Size 0 (US Women's 3-4). Size 1 (US Women's 5-6). Size 2 (US Women's 7-8, US Men's 6-7). Size 3 (US Women's 9-10, US Men's 8-9). Size 4 (US Women's 11-12, US Men's 10-11). When You Need An Excellent Piece of Padding
I found these ages ago and swear by them for most of my footwear. The right long lasting extra bit of padding I am searching for. This is it. These are the go to for us. I don't require arches or heels, but Spenco product line does provide for those who do. Just a basic strong supportive flat pad for this guy.

Spenco inserts essential for happy feet
Longtime fan of Spenco! Whether in everyday shoes, walking shoes or dance shoes I always have Spenco inside. I even mark the month and year so I can better assess when to replace them with new ones. Some shoes get more wear than others and it's important to keep shoes comfortable and supportive. Happy feet get to do more dancing!

Just right
I use these insoles underneath my orthotics, after removing the insole/liner that comes with the shoes. These Spenco insoles lie flat under my orthotics and provide some nice cushioning under the front part of my feet, since the orthotics don't extend beyond the arches of my feet.

Great product
I have been wearing the Spenco - RX Comfort Insoles for at least 30 years. I am a retired teacher and standing on concrete floors most of my career, I have been grateful for these insoles. They are thin enough to wear in all my shoes yet provide maximum comfort to my feet. Thanks Spenco!

toppers for inserts
I have medical grade inserts in my shoes and in order to not wear them down and for a little cushion I buy these toppers. They hold up much better than the toppers I have gotten in other stores.

Best made!
I have used Spenco flat insoles for years. They are extremely durable and keep friction to an absolute minimum. So many insoles that come on shoes are terrible. The support they promise breaks down on about two weeks. While these do not have an arch, most people don’t need the flimsy inserts that come on shoes.
