The best on the market! Having a wooden leg, comfort on my living foot means so much. After trying everything have decided Spenco insoles are the absolute best decades ago.

Was not impressed with the thickness or comfort for the price. My insoles that came in my new Keens are thicker. Ik usualy buy sofsoles thought I would give these a try but am not impressed.

Wow this inner soul is the absolute best! I have been wearing it under the shoes original insole for decades! Every new pair of shoes I get I put the Spenco RX soles in them to add cushioning and comfort! These are the absolute best and I do not own a pair of shoes without them! On a sidenote… Every pair of tennis shoes and Pickleball shoes I have have the Spenco RX in them for added cushioning. Love them!

I had Plantar Fasciitis. Arched supports didn't help at all. What cured me is when I got rid of the arch supports and strengthened my arches. I did barefoot walking on the grass. I also did toe raises, with the front of my feet on a half round foam roller so my heels could drop below my toes. Arch supports will make your arch muscles weak, and flat insoles will keep the muscles strong.

They are doing great! Wearing them right now. They are also good for standing at my desk while working.

Been using Spenco insoles for 30 years. Still the best for added cushioing without having to change your shoe size or spend a lot of money on thicker replacement insoles. I simply place it under the original insole of the boot or shoe and I'm good to go. Although super thin Spenco insoles add a very noticeable and helpful amount of extra cushioing to my hiking boots, running shoes and work shoes. I work 12 hour shifts and my feet are still feeling good with the Spencos. Can't say enough good things about them !!! They last for years too. I just switch them out to the next pair of shoes.

Ok comfortable but add a lot of thickness and it's flat, not contoured so no arch support. Also the toe was too wide so it didn't fit in my flats.

Great insert. Comfortable, easy to use, fit most of my shoes. Been wearing them for years. Glad they are still available.

Put these in all my shoes to make the neuroma tolerable. Highly recommend

Super comfortable and made me like wearing my shoes even more. The only thing to improve on would to make it less slip resistant. I found that in some of my shoes I have to hold the insole in place just so it won’t bunch up when I put on my shoe. It’s a good product though.

I couldn't walk comfortably without them. They eliminated years of pain.

These are perfect for replacing sneaker insoles to accommodate custom orthotics.

I like spenco pads they are a solid foam pad, unlike memory foam that compresses and remains compressed for no real supprt. Spenco provides cushion and support with every step. I feel off a two story roof back in my early 20's and shattered allof the bones in my feet with the exception of my right big toe. It was a long period before i could walk and then eventually run. I am very seriousabout comfort and support for my feet. I am 65 now and still competitively run and race triathlons.

I have purchased these numerous times. They do last quite a while (at least a year of heavy use) but still need to be replaced occasionally to get max cushioning. I simply place the Spenco flat insole over or under the old, worn out insole that came with my running or hiking shoes, and voyla! as good as new again. It extends the life of expensive footwear and pays for itself many times over. Not to mention the improved comfort. I even use them in some new footwear that is otherwise a good fit and comfortable, but just needs a little extra cushioning, particularly under the ball of the foot. I've tried multiple other types of insoles, and the combination of the Spenco flat comfort insole with the original manufacturer insole works best for me. It maintains the footbed contours of the original footwear (which felt great at the time of the purchase otherwise I wouldn't have purchased), while providing the needed cushion that inevitably declines with the pounding of running, walking, and backpacking. Other insoles change the shape of the footbed, increase the heel-toe offset, and add extra weight. And the prices can be nearly the price of a brand new pair of shoes. This is perfect. And the price is way cheaper than other insoles. I hope they never stop making them. Thank you, Spenco, for a simple, reasonably priced, highly effective product.

Comfortable and absorbs pressure on soles of feet.

I needed inserts in two pair of shoes where I had thrown away the original inserts. These fit the shoes perfectly and now allow me to insert my orthotics on top of the inserts.

I have been wearing orthotics for over 25 years. A flat quality made innersole with no built in arch is an absolute necessity . This innersole fits that niche perfectly. I walked professionally for over 20 years as a letter-carrier.
