I like this thickness, I put in and take out of multiple pairs of shoes. Ballet, boots and sneakers. helps with arch support.

Spenco Insoles are a Winner!
I am so pleased with these insoles. The comfort that they provide is undescribable a I have a foot problem and can barely walk on a hard floor without any cushion. I now play Pickleball and enjoy doing many fun things with my family. thank you!.

Underwhelmed
Love love love Spenco orthotics like Total Support Max and Ground Control High Arch but underwhelmed with Propel. Pros: 1. Has a perfect size and shape metatarsal pad. Almond shaped, not big or hard.“There but you’re not aware” kind of thing. 2. Excellent customer service if there are any shipping issues or whatever. Cons: 1. Might be my feet which are picky, or might be the orthotic, but these feel stiff to me. No “give” when I tried it, though may mold to feet over time but I can’t risk trying that and not being able to return it. 2. Seems to be made of a material like compressed packing peanuts. 3. Not sure what shoe type this would be good in.

Consistently Comfortable!!

They are okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are too big, you have to cut them to size. You don't have much room to accommodate an insole. They are not memory foam. Over all they are good but I don't like them, they make my feet hurt after some time of wearing.

Great bottom cushioning but sides hurt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spenco® Propel™ Insoles added a lot of much welcome cushioning to the bottom of my shoes, but the sides caused me pain. I have extremely sensitive skin on my feet and the sides just rubbed and jabbed. I appreciate that it was molded to my feet, but the material was too hard for me I think.

LIKE RUNNING ON CLOUDS

Multitude of claims by companies only make it much harder to actually find a great pair that live up to the hype. Well, these do! They slide into my sneakers no problem and provided the great support that I need and want while running. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past and know how important insoles should provide a comfortable good fit and arch support. I would recommend this insole for all.

Light weight

No noticeable difference vs. old insoles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do some form of moderate to high impact exercise 4-6 times a week. I was excited to try these insoles to see if they might lengthen the life of my shoes. After several days of use, I did not really notice anything that makes me love these insoles. They are very lightweight, odor resistant, and comfortable, but if they had been secretly placed in my shoes, I doubt I would have noticed any difference. These might be a good purchase if trying to extend the life of your workout shoes.
