Q: I'm confused with the sizing. If I'm looking for a women's size 7 shoe size, what size insole should I get considering that the insole sizes run from x-small to 3x-large? Small? Medium?
Fit into my sneakers perfectly. The metatarsal support made all the difference in my foot comfort. My feet no longer hurt like they used to. Well worth the price.

I'm an athlete again!
I recently started having heel pain and it was getting in the way of my running, climbing, walking, EVERYTHING. I was stretching and strengthening the area which helped…until I went for a run after which I could barely walk for days. These insoles solved all of that immediately! I had tried numerous insoles specific to my issues and they only offered limited relief. A week of these in all my shoes and I’m back to wearing my flats to the office! Heel pain is completely gone and I only use these insoles in my running shoes now.
