Description
The Spenco Total Support Max Shoe Insoles have all the features of the Total Support Original but with a stiffer, more rigid arch support and SpenCore Forefoot Pad. Most rigid replacement insoles offer some motion control and stability but that's where the similarity ends: Spenco Total Support Max Shoe Insoles feature the patented 3-POD Modulation System. By positioning pods with varying degrees of hardness beneath key areas of the foot, Total Support Max Insoles change the ground forces reaching the foot during activity. This tunes the ride for increased performance and superior comfort while helping to reduce over-pronation, a common problem that causes foot, leg and back pain. Features: Total Support Technology aids in the relief of symptoms caused by Plantar Fasciitis. 3-POD System promotes healthy biomechanics, absorbs shock and provides cushioning through multi-density impact zones. Stiffer Red POD counters over-pronation and Softer Blue PODS help guide the stride. Rigid Stability Cradle provides advanced arch support, deep heel cupping and comfort through the stride. Custom EVA Layer conforms with normal wear to match the contours of the foot. Low-Friction Antimicrobial Top Cloth helps prevent blisters and control odor. Metatarsal Arch Support offloads pressure from the ball-of-foot to help relieve forefoot pain. SpenCore Forefoot Crash Pad provides superior cushioning and energy return to the ball-of-foot. Not as comfortable
I have worn these insoles for as long as I can remember and have always been pleased with them. These don’t seem as comfortable though. The first night I wore them I had a pain in my left insole. It resolved so maybe I had to get adjusted to a new pair. I wondered if you had changed how they are made.

Wonderful insole
Fit into my sneakers perfectly. The metatarsal support made all the difference in my foot comfort. My feet no longer hurt like they used to. Well worth the price.

Never Again Will Compromise For My Feet!
I’ve tried other inserts and nothing compares to these. I like the high arch support and the maximum support for my feet. I’m an ultra runner and need the added support.

Total Support Max Insole may be right for you
well... it would be better if the toe end could be trimmed to a shorter length; there is only one pair of shoes these fit into and that was a squeeze; and no, those shoes are already on the large size because they were purchased for some custom orthotics so I don't need larger shoes. They do seem to provide the necessary support but are definitely not going to fit into anything but sneakers

I'm an athlete again!
I recently started having heel pain and it was getting in the way of my running, climbing, walking, EVERYTHING. I was stretching and strengthening the area which helped…until I went for a run after which I could barely walk for days. These insoles solved all of that immediately! I had tried numerous insoles specific to my issues and they only offered limited relief. A week of these in all my shoes and I’m back to wearing my flats to the office! Heel pain is completely gone and I only use these insoles in my running shoes now.

Excellent product
I have placed these in three athletic shoes for gym and outdoor sports and they never disappointed me. Plantar fasciitis has never returned since I installed them.

So far so great
I purchased this to help with my plantar fasciitis that got substantially worse while training for and running a marathon. I have stopped running for now and am wearing these inserts in all my shoes. I stopped running before purchasing this product and used other shoe inserts but really didn't see all that much improvement. With this product, I have experienced accelerated improvement. How much of the improvement is due to just these insoles is hard to say. I was able to go on an extensive hike this weekend with these inserts placed in my hiking boots. I can't wait to try them out in my running shoes when I am physically able to do so. So far, I'm a believer!

Best support ever.
I has plantar fasciitis a number of years ago and bought these for additional support in my sneakers. Take out the flimsy insoles that come with your athletic shoes and put these insoles in these to give your feet the structure and support they need.

I Finally Found the Perfect Insoles
Best OTC orthotics I have found. Over the years, I have gone through many brands in search of an insole that would both support my arch and keep my plantar fasciitis pain to a minimum. I came upon Spenco’s Total Support Max insoles online several years ago and they have been a life saver. Any and every new sneaker I wear, I make sure has enough room to comfortably fit these insoles. In my everyday sneakers, these insoles last about 1 year which is great being that I weigh 250 and constantly on my feet. Definitely worth the money and my feet are very grateful!

Helps Recurring Plantar Fasciitis
Best arch support for exercising with recurring plantar fasciitis. I've tried a lot of insoles, and the Total Support Max has been the best one for me.

Wrong size
