No more pain
My chiropractor recommended these insoles for my hip and knee pain. I was skeptical but it was worth a try. Amazingly, after only a few days, I was pain free! Definitely worth it.

Doctor Recommended
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and my doctor recommended Spenco original total support insoles. With exercise and these soles, my feet are feeling so much better. I purchased three pairs to start, and they are worth every penny I spent on them.

Foot relief
I was experiencing foot tingling and numbness after buying new shoes. Even after ensuring laces weren’t too tight, I still had some lingering symptoms. I was guided to buy these particular insoles to correct the issue and it worked!

Amazing comfort and support
This insole was recommended by my Orthopedic surgeon to provide support on my arthritic knees while I await surgery next year. Just ripped out the insole in my Nikes and inserted my Spenco ones. What a difference! I never knew what comfort was until I walked on these.

Better support
I use these in my cycling shoes and backpacking/hiking shoes and boots for better arch support. They are not too thick for the shoes/ boots.

The best I’ve found!
It’s amazing how much that tiny little metatarsal bump can matter! I have a box of different orthotics at home and these are the best I’ve found by far. Sturdy but comfortable, durable, exactly the shape I need, and thin enough to fit my shoes without issue.

Absolutely the best insole!
When I was facing bunion surgery because of an extreme amount of pain, many years ago, my orthopedic surgeon suggested I try Spenco total support original insoles first. It really was a miracle! I still haven’t had the surgery and I walk miles every day. Now I have my husband, friends, and other family members wearing them.

Insoles that provide Great Cushioning and Support!
I have used Spenco 'Total Support Original Insoles' for years. They are a great replacement for the insoles in my Nike Vomero running shoes. They provide additional cushioning and stability for miles and miles of road running! In fact, I also use the Spenco insoles for support in my regular walking shoes and in the shoes i use to mow my lawn!

Insoles I could Walk to Heaven on
Was referred to try your insoles from a good friend. They are far and away the best insoles Ive ever used.
