The Spenco Medics Diabetic+ Shoe Insoles feature Spenco's proprietary TotalSupport technology that provides cushioning for ultimate comfort. The soft, low-density PolySorb Memory Structured Foam offers impact suppression and superior cushioning. Friction-reducing SpenCore impact zones and a Plastazote top cover help eliminate pressure points that can cause blisters. Available in multiple sizes so you can get the correct placement and a better fit, comfort and performance. Features: Deep Heel Cushioning helps stabilize the rearfoot. Premium SpenCore Material fully-cushioning heel and forefoot impact zones. Please Note: For half sizes, order the next size down. For example, if you normally wear size 10.5, order a size 10. Trying Out A Different Spenco Product.
These are of very high quality. However, I'm not entirely sure this was what I needed. I had a different Spenco insert, the Spenco RX, that has much more firmness. It was only about 3/4 length, and was looking for something similar in a full length. I will see how these work.

VERY HAPPY with my purchase.
I have found the Medics Diabetic + Insole to be arch supportive, (important because I have Plantars Fasciitis), and comfortable because of the memory foam and "soft cover" - They fit my size 9 Irish Stetter work boots perfectly!!

Orthotics

Waiting on refund
I am a diabetic and they did not do anything for me. I returned they 2 weeks ago. Waiting for the refund. Not a good fit for me.

Spenco Insoles are #1 !
Always love my Spenco's! Whenever I purchase a pair of new shoes, I immediately remove their "comfort - paper-thin" insoles, and put in the Spenco insoles. The difference is amazing and the comfort is immediate. I keep a couple extra pair of Spenco's on hand -- always ready. Thank you for a great insole!

Diabetic insole
I am not a diabetic but a friend recommended the use of this insole. So far it has been very comfortable in using particularly on some of my older shoes. Will probably purchase again for use in multiple shoes.

GREAT INSOLE!!
These insoles are very good all in all. Very comfortable indeed. They are very thick all over especially the heel, so keep that in mind. They work very well in wide shoes and best in boots. The arch is very high and might be a problem for low/flat arch people, especially if you have falling arches. The plastazote top is very comfortable and diabetics would love it. Other than that you have to give it a try for a 30 day free trial, returns pre-paid. What else could you ask for.
