The insoles have helped with pain relief and would recommend especially if your work requires you to be on your feet most of the day. I am diabetic and I'm thankful for a product that helps.

They have three layers of memory foam. They conform to the foot to help with making the pressure even. They protect against moisture. Cushions to reduce stress on your feet as well. The insoles also help with circulation . These can also help with pressure points that can cause diabetic ulcers. They are very flexible and designed to fit any shoe. You can trim them to fit your needs. Overall these insoles are very nice to have!!
