STEP 2
Place insole into shoe to test for size.

If needed, trim along the outline (on top of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
STEP 4
Insert insole into shoe GEL SIDE DOWN.
Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that sold me about these is the fit-to-size option, but that is also the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars. While you can fit it to your size, the markers on the insole are pretty vague, and it’s not that easy to cut, so you could potentially cut it wrong and destroy the insole. Other than that, it is an excellent product. It looks pretty durable. I was walking around with it, and it gives nice support and great cushioning!

It’s easy to fit to your shoe size since you can just cut them to size. They feel very durable and support my arches. I would definitely buy these again since they really leveled up my shoe game.

They go into shoes quite easily when you cut to size. I can wear these all day long in boots and I don’t feel the slightest amount of fatigue. They are super comfy and easy to put in shoes.

They’re like walking on pillows now… they hug so right and I can’t wait to take these running. They make walking feel super smooth and are surprisingly nice on my toes, specifically.

It’s very important for me to have good shoes and insoles to support my posture and remove as much weight and pain from my feet as possible. I use drScholls for more than 15 years and only with their technologies I don’t have any pain or discomfort. This specific gel insoles gives me soft and cushion like support.

They add nice cushioning, especially in the heel and arch, and they fit into most of my shoes without much trimming. They might be a little bulky in tighter shoes, and I’m not sure how long they’ll last with heavy use, but for the price, they’re totally worth it if your feet need a break. Highly recommend these if you have a lot of foot pain!!
