Q: I have a too large pair of shoes I love. Is there anything to make them fit better?

submitted by Mary - 8 years ago
  • A: You could wear thick socks

    submitted by1 - 7 years ago
  • A: Thick insoles, some pads for the tongues/underside of vamp of the shoes, and lastly, some heel cushions.

submitted byRayPestarzle - 5 years ago

Q: One picture shows women's size 6-10 and another 6-11 what is the largest size shoe allowed for best fit?

submitted by ABS - 2 months ago
  • A: Hello! Thanks for reaching out on this! The correct size is Women's 6-10. We will remove the picture that states 6-11.

Q: Can these be taken out and put in to different shoes depending on what you’re wearing or are they meant to stay in the same shoes once you put them in? I’d love to find something that that I can move around depending on which work shoes I wear.

submitted by Mel16 - 2 months ago
  • A: Hello! Yes, you can and should move the Dr. Scholl's Comfort Tri-Comfort Insoles between different shoes, as they are designed to be transferred. You will want to remove the original insoles from your work shoes to ensure the Tri-Comfort insoles sit flat and securely, providing optimal support without sliding or shifting.

Q: Could you please let me know the exact height of the arch elevation (in millimeters or inches) for this insole?

submitted by Customer - 3 months ago
  • A: Hi there! It’s very difficult to provide a dimension for the arch height because the arch is a complex curve with different heights on the medial and lateral sides of the insole. The Tri-Comfort insole features our Patented FlexiSpring® Arch Support which provides flexible arch support for all arch types – it adjusts to each foot arch type.

Q: What is the closest full length version this? I would prefer the same material type & features but longer than the 3/4 length.

submitted by Tfan2021 - 7 months ago
  • A: Hello! We recommend Dr. Scholl's Adapt to You Women's Insoles. Dr. Scholl’s Self-Molding Insoles provide all-day support and comfort, adapting to your foot’s natural arch and heel with 360-Degree Self-Molding Technology. Unlike traditional memory foam, these insoles mold to and maintain your unique foot shape within just 7 days, offering a truly personalized fit. Designed for all arch types, they feature flexible arch support to evenly distribute pressure and reduce strain, while the deep heel cup enhances stability, cushioning, and shock absorption. Clinically proven to relieve tired, achy legs and feet, these insoles help reduce muscle fatigue. Easily trim-to-fit, they accommodate various foot sizes and widths for a custom-like fit and maximum comfort. They're perfect for work boots, sneakers, and casual shoes, offering maximum foot relief for everyday wear.

Q: Will this work for boots?

submitted by Mindy - 10 months ago
  • A: Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Yes, the Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort insoles will work well in Boots. It's ¾ length design will allow it to fit in almost all boots. /Dr.Scholl's Brand Team/

Q: Since these are 3/4 length are they supposed to go on top of the extisting insert or instead of? On top, bothers arch. Insert out, this insert slides. OK to use w/flat pillow insert?

submitted by Nanci - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi Nanci, The ¾ length insole is designed to fit on top of the existing shoe insert. We do not recommend stacking multiple insoles. A full-length insole may be a better option. If pain is a concern, one of our full-length pain relief insoles would be a great replacement depending on the type of pain. If improved comfort and arch support is desired, then a selection of our comfort-based, full-length insoles would be good. Your Shoe type also plays a role in the full-length insole choice. If work shoes, Dr. Scholl’s Massaging Gel Work. If Sneakers, Athletic Series Sport or Stylish Step inserts would be good choices. -Dr. Scholl's Team

Q: Is this a rigid insole? Thank you.

submitted by J - 4 years ago
  • A: Our TriComfort Insole may feel a little firmer than some of our insoles, especially those with Memory Foam. However, it is by no means rigid. It features Flex-Spring technology in the arch to help it provide constant arch support yet adjust to your movement, along with the cushioning that you would expect from a Dr. Scholl’s Insole.

2 Day review... 0-1 Star given... would not recommend!!!

I bought these because they said that they were great for those that stand on their feet for work. The first day (Saturday), I put the inserts inside of my shoe on top of the already inserts in my shoe. The original inserts are not removable. It felt like my heel was lifting out of my shoe a lot during the day… and I was in pain on heel & ball of my foot. I wasn’t in as much pain as I was the previous night before. So I decided to try it out to try on another day (Sunday). So I did today… I tried it today in another shoe but this time removing those sole inserts and putting the Dr. Scholl’s in only. This was not any better… the pain!!! I am hurting all the way up to my calf muscles. This time it’s the balls, arches, & heels! This was not worth the money, time, or pain!!!

Foot insoles

They made my feet hurt a lot. I was better off without them. Once I took them off, I felt some relief on my feet . I do not recommend them there, horrible. I've never had to buy insoles and had them hurt my feet like these

Perfect for Hokas

For some Hokas, I've heard from many people that the arch area dips down, making your foot slide inwards. The hard arch keeps its shape and prevents the hokas from tilting inwards towards the arch.

Favorote Insoles for Most Shoes!

These are my go-to insoles for most shoes - even flats! The plastic in the bottom really helps with arch support. It doesn’t stick to my boots and slides up when I wear it, but I have one that I move around between different shoes and it works great, so it just depends on the type of shoe. I highly recommend

Smaller than expected

I wear anything from a size 8-1/2 to 10 shoe, medium width, depending on the style. These insoles are barely wide enough for my narrow heel. They will work in most of my shoes but are way too short and narrow for my size 10 winter boots (sized up to allow for heavier socks). I am female but should have ordered the men's size for that purpose. That is disappointing, because I mainly bought them for my boots. Except for that, I love these insoles. They provide excellent arch support, heel cushioning, and overall comfort--once you get the right size.

I like these

These are thin and arch supportive. I trimmed them a bit near the big toe to make it more comfortable. They fit perfect. I only need the arch support for stability

Supportive

I add these to all my shoes to make them more comfortable! I took one star off because the newest pair I bought doesn’t seem to have as much arch support as the one sun the past. Not sure if it’s me or they have slightly changed.

Best feet pads for comfort

I have difficult feet and most shoes hurt because of my lack of arch plus I have wide feet. These comfort pads are the best because they do not extend to the toes and fit all my shoes. The arch support is great. It is like walking on pillows! Sometimes I put them in my slipper!s! Love them and bought 3 of them. Target has a better deal than online prices. Thank you Target!

Pain free feet

Realized my intermittent foot pain was a problem with my foot rather than with my winter boots two days before we needed to leave on a walking-heavy trip. (Sesamoiditis?) I made it through the trip without recurring pain thanks to these. (And being more careful about kneeling)
