Description
How To Use:
1) Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
2) Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear.

A: You could wear thick socks

Q: One picture shows women's size 6-10 and another 6-11 what is the largest size shoe allowed for best fit?

Q: Can these be taken out and put in to different shoes depending on what you’re wearing or are they meant to stay in the same shoes once you put them in? I’d love to find something that that I can move around depending on which work shoes I wear.
A: Hello! Yes, you can and should move the Dr. Scholl's Comfort Tri-Comfort Insoles between different shoes, as they are designed to be transferred. You will want to remove the original insoles from your work shoes to ensure the Tri-Comfort insoles sit flat and securely, providing optimal support without sliding or shifting.

Q: Could you please let me know the exact height of the arch elevation (in millimeters or inches) for this insole?
A: Hi there! It’s very difficult to provide a dimension for the arch height because the arch is a complex curve with different heights on the medial and lateral sides of the insole. Q: Since these are 3/4 length are they supposed to go on top of the extisting insert or instead of? On top, bothers arch. Insert out, this insert slides. OK to use w/flat pillow insert?
A: Hi Nanci, The ¾ length insole is designed to fit on top of the existing shoe insert. We do not recommend stacking multiple insoles. A full-length insole may be a better option. If pain is a concern, one of our full-length pain relief insoles would be a great replacement depending on the type of pain. If improved comfort and arch support is desired, then a selection of our comfort-based, full-length insoles would be good. Your Shoe type also plays a role in the full-length insole choice. Q: Is this a rigid insole? Thank you.
A: Our TriComfort Insole may feel a little firmer than some of our insoles, especially those with Memory Foam. However, it is by no means rigid. It features Flex-Spring technology in the arch to help it provide constant arch support yet adjust to your movement, along with the cushioning that you would expect from a Dr. Scholl’s Insole.
