Inaccurate sizing
These do not fit in my shoes despite they are the correct size. I've contacted the company to exchange them and they haven't returned my 2 messages.

It didn't work
I bought this for plantar fasciitis, there was not enough support to do any good to help with it. I have returned the item. They received my return on June 2nd. I have not yet received a refund.

Not the same quality as they used to sale
Not the same quality as they used to be. After a couple weeks of wear the front portion is compressed and paper thin.

High arches, long distance walking, happier feet!
Training for a 500 mile walk and realized I needed more arch support than my spendy trail runner shoes provided. These insoles have definitely made a huge difference, most notably on 12+ mile hikes. FWIW: I was able to apply Engo patches to these insoles & the interior of my Topo shoes—after about 80 miles of use, they haven’t come loose.

Spenco Cross Trainer innersoles
I love your cross trainer innersoles - I replace every inner sole of any shoe with them - I am a veterinarian and I stand on my feet all day in exams and surgery - I cannot imagine standing all day on those hard surfaces without the innersoles - I would be miserable- I even have them in my biking shoes

Absorbs Shock
I bought these last month because I was having foot issues and needed a little help with protecting my feet from injury. I walk on concrete all day and these seemed to help protect the balls of my feet and heels from too much pounding. I'd still have some foot fatigue but no more pain and so that works for my needs.

Recommended by orthopedic surgeon
After an ankle/foot injury, these was recommended to me because of continuing heel pain using more rigid OTC shoe orthotics. They help tremendously with heel pain and still seem to give good stability and support for plantar. I have recommended to many friends who walk for exercise as I do.
