The Spenco RX Full Length Plantar Fascia Shoe Insoles are built with a sturdy nylon arch support that comfortably stretches the plantar fascia for everyday comfort. The engineered arch bridge supports plantar fascia so that the arch does not collapse, allowing the user to stand and move in a neutral position. These are a Game Changer for me!
I recently purchased the Planter Fascia Insoles and can report they greatly improved my ability to walk pain-free! I wear them everyday, switching them between shoes as needed. I’m about to order another pair just to keep from having to move them shoe-to-shoe so much. If “no heel pain” is your goal … you need these! They have been a game changer for me.

Great insoles
Great insoles. I have used Spenco insoles for many years (decades). I had some foot discomfort I suspected was Plantar Fasciitis and got the new insoles before a 3-day out-of-town trip with lots of walking and a 3-hour musical gig last night while standing, and had no discomfort.

Plantar Fasciitis
I have used these Plantar Fascia inserts for years. I wear them in all my shoes and wouldn’t be without them. I never know that I have Plantar Fasciitis.

Minor support for minor pain in arches.
I don’t personally find there is enough support. My arch is still debilitating most days and find minimal relief from this insert. I had gotten one from my previous doctor and wish I could get another like it. It hard high supportive arch that was solid

The Spence RX® Plantar Fascia Insole was prescribed by my Orthopedic Surgeon at his office. I bought these extra 2 pair for my other shoes, and saved 50% over the Dr. office cost. I’ve been using them for around 3 weeks, and they have improved my Plantar Fascia condition 100% to date.

Foot relief
I have had problems with my feet for the past 9 months. After reading about my symptoms I decided to try these for plantar fasciitis. Most days I can barely walk by the end of the day, I walk a lot in the job that I do. Since using these inserts, my feet don't feel perfect but I certainly don't have near as much pain as I've had in the past.
