The Spenco Ground Control Medium Arch Shoe Insoles were designed to reduce excess material around the heel to smooth out your foot-strike. With updated learning on the mechanics of the foot, Ground Control seeks to work with the foot, not against it. The neutrally positioned center-of-pressure design centers the foot and reduces pronation forces. Features: Perforated EVA body. Nylon arch support. Polymer forefoot pad for energy return. Polymer heel pad for energy absorption. Anti-slip textured nylon fabric with Silpure Antimicrobial to reduce odor. Decoupled heel. Sizing: X-Small (US Women's 5-6, US Men's 3-4). Great Insoles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work at a slaughter house and spend my days wearing rubber boots most days. I have used the same pair of these insoles for over a year and a half I believe, and they've held up well. Definitely recommend! Just bought another pair for my new boots.

Not enough padding and can’t get this with a metatarsal support.
