This jacket is super nice and comfortable as well as cozy. I bought green for myself and pink for my daughter but only the green one came and I ended up having to call and let the know. They did not have a reason for the one not coming and gave me a refund for it.

In summary, I love the idea behind this jacket -- it has nearly all of the aspects to make it ideal in my mind, but the quality and appearance detract too much from all of the good things. Benefits of this jacket: + Fluffy on the inside! And the kind of sherpa that maintains its form wash after wash better than fleece. I expect this jacket would keep the wearer warm in freezing and even windy weather. + Thumbholes! The part of the sleeve that extends over the hand and has thumbholes will keep the sleeves down and minimize wind up the sleeves, again helping keep warm, as well as providing a little cover for the hands if you're not wearing gloves or mittens. + Pockets! That close!!! There are zip (plastic zipper) pockets on both sides near hip-level, there's a snap pocket on one upper arm, and there is an interior velcro chest pocket. + The hood is detachable, held on by a zipper. It has two snaps around the neck that are probably not sufficient to hold it on, but the pull-strings should be. + Neck that comes up around neck inside of the hood for warmth. Drawbacks - The fluffy interior does not extend into the sleeves; it is only around the body and hood interior. - The jacket is shorter than I would have liked. I am short enough for people to regularly poke fun about it, and the jacket would not cover my bottom. - The sleeves are just a tad short, such that the thumbholes might cut into the hands if the arms are outstretched. Since other reviews say the jacket runs small, and I would probably agree, the sleeve length might be a bigger issue for folks with longer limbs. - The jacket does not appear to be made in high quality. There are long strings hanging off all over the place -- on the sleeves, all over the back, out of a pocket... (See one of the photos for an example.) - The jacket is really puffy/thick. It makes me look a marshmallow wearing it. :'(

So the coat I received is not this clean looking mine is a big old puffy dumpy coat shorter not fitted but very warm. I am happy with how warm it is

I ordered up 1 size and it is still a bit too small. Depending on how much room you want when it is zipped up...you may want to order up 2 sizes. Other than that...I like it.

Definitely runs a size small. Crappy cheap zipper. Looks nice tho.

The coat has an impressive soft-plush lining. holes for thumbs on cuff (I like that), I have the emerald green (beautiful color). Well made. However, it does run small. If you are endowed above, you need to order the next size up.
