I didn’t really know much about elderberry and what it does for the body. I’m not an athletic person either, so I didn’t really have expectations. It didn’t taste bad but I haven’t really noticed anything about how it helps me. Not a bad product but I don’t think it’s worth spending money on.

I felt confident taking this during the winter to boost my immune system. It recommended 10 sprays to the back of the throat, which I think stung a little. I didn’t like the flavor at all. It taste like raisin medicine.

I was hopeful for the elderberry spray. The taste was not what I was expecting, and hard to swallow. I tried a few different time, because elderberry is a great supplement, but I could not get past the flavor. Hopefully husband will use it.

I love this elderberry. It's great for my immune system. I love how easy it is to just spray. It is easy to swallow as well. The only thing is that the suggested amount it's very sweet so just be aware but I don't mind it for my health.

I like that this is in a spray bottle. I have tried elderberry gummies, pills, and liquid. This one is a good alternative if you don't like the other options. Tastes pretty good, not sour. Flavor goes away after a sip of water. Easy to use and store. I even brought it on a weekend trip. Hoping this helps keep those germs away!

After trying this brand of elderberry, I do have to say this is a bit bitter compared to others. I have never used a spray so that could be part of the reason. I love elderberry when I start to feel under the weather, and when I take it I recover faster.

I hate the taste of elderberry but I just try to aim away from my tongue! It works good! Every time I felt my throat get a bit sore with this cold weather going on, I would use a spray to the throat and feel better within hours!! It's amazing, yucky but it works well!

I first tried this spray when I woke up with a sore throat. It game me almost instant relief for a good amount of time. The taste is also not bad at all! I was worried I wouldn’t like the taste but it’s actually pretty enjoyable. I will continue to take for health benefits!
